《汉语乐园》是中国国家汉办推荐的国外儿童汉语教材。
共3个级别，每个级别包括：
学生用书2册（配套CD 1盘），活动手册2册（配套 CD 1盘），词语卡片1册，教师用书1册。
内容包括：
互动句型、生词、汉字学习，图解中国文化，介绍手工、歌曲、故事等多种游戏活动。
学生用书每个级别6个单元，12课，每课教授1～2个汉字，10个左右生词，1个基本句型。
三个级别学完可以掌握约50个汉字、306个生词，会说简单的句子，会背一些中国童谣、诗歌，会唱一些中文儿童歌曲，初步了解一些中国文化。每级A册随书赠送与本级别配套的录音CD一盘。
教学目标 ：
1、听懂并会说一些简单的汉语句子。
2、学会唱一些中文儿童歌曲，并能背诵一些童谣和简单的诗歌。
3、初步掌握汉字基本知识，如基本笔画、笔顺等，会写一些笔画简单的汉字。
4、初步了解一点中国文化。
每本活动手册包括：
6课、36-48个趣味练习、1-3页彩色贴纸、1-2页汉字描写练习
本套丛书目前已出版英文注释本、泰文注释本、法文注释本等。
“Chinese Paradise - the Fun Way to learn Chinese” is a major work by The Office of Chinese Language Council International. It is mainly designed for children in Europe and America, together with an edition with Thai annotation. Considering that children are active and vigorous, Chinese Paradise - the Fun Way to learn Chinese teaches Chinese through colorful, vivid and interesting pictures and games; and based on a comprehensive survey of the Chinese teaching situation in European and American elementary schools, this series includes plenty of highly applicable teaching activities appealing to children.
It has three levels,each of which consists of :
two volumes of Student 's Book (accompanied by a CD);
two volumes of Workbook (accompanied by a CD);
a volumes of Cards of Words and Expressions ;
a volumes of Teacher's Book ;
four interactive multimedia CD-ROMS (two for each volume ).
“Chinese Paradise ”helps students learn interactive sentence patterns ,new words and Chinese characters.In addition ,information about Chinese culture with illustrations and annotated in the native language of student is provided. Furthermore ,hands-on activities ,songs ,stories and different games are supplied also .
Each level consists of 6 untis with it 2 lessons ,and each lesson teacher one or two Chinese characters ,about ten new words and a basic sentence patterns.
After completing the learning of the three levels ,students will be able to achieve the mastery of 50 Chinese characters and 300 new words ,speak simple sentences ,recite some Chinese nursery rhymes and poems ,and sing some Chinese children's songs .They will also get to know some Chinese culture.
Each Workbook includes :
6 lessons / 36-48 interesting exercises /1-3 pages of stickers /1-2 sheets of charactered paper for tracing characters
