1. Time Allowance

Return Period: Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase date (as shown on receipt)

Exchange Period: Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date (as shown on receipt)

2. Return and Exchange Terms and Conditions

1) Customers must show proof of receipt validating date of purchase.

2) The items qualifying for return or exchange must be in their original condition, free from any damage or alterations.

3) Given that items are defective upon arrival and customers request return or exchange within the given time allowance, Yes! Chinese will cover two-way shipping expenses, as needed, for regular mail.

4) Given that items are not defective upon arrival and customers request return or exchange within the given time allowance, customers are responsible for all shipping expenses and any price difference between the exchanged items.

5) Yes! Chinese will make exchange arrangements after the original item is received.

6) Customers must return any complimentary products or offers which accompany the items that they wish to return.

3. The Following Circumstances Disqualify Returns or Exchanges

1) CD-ROM or Online Access Codes are non-returnable. Please consider carefully before making a purchase.

2) Presence of damages or alterations, not resulting from defective product quality or shipping, which disqualify the items for resale.

3) Severe packaging damages or incomplete product packages not resulting from defective product quality or shipping.
